DAY 1: ENTRAPMENT AND RECOVERY OF THE SOUL WORKSHOP
Time: 11 am to 6pm. This workshop is the beginning of our activities in Cusco. I will explain the concept of soul entrapment and fragmentation and facilitate sessions with volunteers from the audience.
Group regression with the intention of preparing our soul and energy for our journey in the different magical places of Cusco.
DAY 2: CUSCO ARCHEOLOGICAL CITY TOUR
In the morning, we will make the Archaeological City Tour and the first point to visit will be the four archaeological sites around Cusco: The temple of Sacsayhuaman, famous for its huge blocks of carved stones and for the celebration of Inti Raymi (Feast of the Sun), in the Winter Solstice, the most popular festival known in Peru, then the visit of Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay.
Then, returning to the city of Cusco, we visit the Cathedral known as one of the most beautiful in Peru and South America, where works of the famous Italian painter and sculptor, Bernardo Bitti, are exhibited, as well as works of art of the famous Cusco school. Continuing, we will go to Qoricancha, which means Enclosure of Gold, was the main place of worship of the Sun God. Return to the hotel.
Our return to Cusco is scheduled for approximately at 2:00 pm. The afternoon and evening is free to discover the variety of typical restaurants, bars and clubs.

DAY 3: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS - 1ST PART
TEXTILE CENTER IN CHINCHERO, PICNIC AT HUAYPO LAGOON + PACHAMAMA CEREMONY WITH PAQO OR SHAMAN, MORAY
In the morning, from 08:30 approx. we will visit a textile center in Chinchero, where the women will teach us the different ancestral techniques of spinning, dyeing and weaving, using the fiber of baby alpaca, besides being able to know closely the most characteristic animals of the Andes, such as the llama, alpaca and guinea pig, then we continue the tour to the Huaypo lagoon where we will experience the special connection to the the Huaypo lagoon and have a special connection with nature and enjoy a picnic with a view of the lake and the Peruvian Andes, the perfect place to make an offering to the Pachamama, accompanied by an Andean priest (Paqo or Shaman), we continue with the visit to the most impressive agricultural laboratory built in Inca times, known as Moray, which was used to experiment and domesticate various agricultural products.
After these visits, we will return to the city of Cusco, so you can enjoy the afternoon and evening free in the city.

DAY 4: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS - PART 2
PISAQ ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE, MARKET, OLLANTAYTAMBO
Departure in the morning. On this day we will visit the second part of the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas, which is located just outside the city of Cusco, where we will have one of the best photos of the entire sacred valley, with its mountains, river, agricultural terraces and fields, we will go to the Archaeological Park of Pisaq, for a tour of its terraces, houses and rooms in general. After this visit we will go to the colonial town of Pisaq, where you will have free time to walk around the town and shop in its typical handicraft market, then buffet lunch is included in the town of Urubamba (Heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas). Finally, we head to Ollantaytambo, a magical and picturesque town, also considered a living Inca city, since most of its structures in houses and rooms still preserve the Inca architecture as a whole. with its colonial and modern architecture, in this beautiful place we visit the archaeological park of Ollantaytambo, a place that has temples, cultivation terraces, barns and a military zone, in addition to incredible landscapes.
At the end of the tour, we will go to the hotel, located in the same town of Ollantaytambo, to enjoy the rest of the afternoon and night in this living Inca town.

DAY 5: MACHUPICCHU
Early departure from the hotel to the train station to board the tourist train that takes us to the town of Aguas Calientes or Machupicchu Pueblo, where we will have some free time to leave the bags or backpacks in a storage next to the train station, then board the bus that will take us in 25 minutes to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, where we will take a guided tour of 2 and a half to 3 hours approximately. You can make the longest and most recommended tour inside the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, to appreciate its impressive mountains and buildings in general, in addition to feeling all the energy that radiates from this incredible sacred place, in this way reach the main viewpoint of the Inca city and make the most complete tour inside the Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu.
After the tour, we board the bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes, where lunch is included in one of the best restaurants in town, located next to the Urubamba River.
Finally, we head to the train station to board the afternoon tourist train, which takes us back to Ollantaytambo station, where we will be waiting for the transfer in a van that will take us back to Cusco. Arrival at the hotel at approximately 8pm.

DAY 6: VINICUNCA - RAINBOW MOUNTAIN
Early in the morning, at 04:00 hrs. approx. Vinicunca, with a duration of approx. 12 hours (04:00 hrs. to 16:00 hrs). Pick up of the guide from the hotel in Cusco, to board the bus unit that will take you to the district of Cusipata, in a trip of approx. 1 hour and a half, place where you will have breakfast included.
After this stop, we will continue our trip by a dirt road for about 1 hour more, where we will observe the multicolored landscapes and crops that are mixed between the mysterious mountains and snow-capped mountains, Andean animals like the llama, alpaca, sheep and the deep valleys, until we reach the end of the road and parking of vehicles, there we will begin the hike or tour to the Rainbow Mountain. A light hike of less than 2 hours to the top of the mountain (4km up and the same 4km down in 1 hour). We will walk through a circuit that will gradually change the panorama between mountains of intense colors and small streams of icy water that feed and give life to this valley, as we walk, we will observe how the colors around us will change by the weather, we will arrive at an altitude of 5100 m.a.s.l. approx. Top of the mysterious mountain of colors (Vinicunca). This will be the point where we will have enough time to take pictures and videos.
Optionally you can also rent horses to do the tour, be aware that the horses are not included in the program (cost is 25 dollars up and down or 15 dollars only up) and also take into account that the horse is carried by a muleteer and is a journey of 45 minutes approx. also consider that the horses do not leave you at the top of the mountain, but about 250 meters from the end, which means that anyway you would have to walk that final stretch, which is a bit steep, but if you walk slow and steady, it is done without any problem.
After the stay of 1 hour approx. at the top of the mountain, taking pictures and enjoying beautiful landscapes and the snowy Ausangate (6400 m.a.s.l.) the highest of the whole region of Cusco, you will return to the community of Cusipata, where we have lunch, also included in the tour. Return to the hotel in the city of Cusco.

DAY 7: REST DAY
Use this day to rest and do your own activities in Cusco and taste its rich gastronomy. This rest will be necessary to start our journey the next day to the beautiful Humantay Lagoon.
DAY 8: HUMANTAY LAGOON
Early in the morning, at 04:30 a.m. approx. departure from Cusco, for a trip of 2 hours of asphalt road to the town of Mollepata (2900 m.a.s.l.), where we will make a stop of less than an hour in the restaurant to have breakfast, then we return to the transport to be able to travel for 1 hour more by a dirt road to Soraypampa (3900 m. We then return to the transport to travel for 1 hour more by a dirt road to Soraypampa (3900 m.a.s.l.), the starting point of the walk of 1 hour and a half approx. to the Humantay lagoon (4200 m.a.s.l.) or you will also have the option of renting the horses that take us to the lagoon (1 hour of ascent). Upon arrival at the Humantay lagoon, we will be located in a special place to take pictures and videos, as well as to enjoy this majestic place. On the way back, we will go directly to the restaurant in the town of Mollepata, to have lunch and finally return to the city of Cusco, arrival at approximately 18:00 hrs.
